The Omicron Delta Sigma Service Foundation, Inc.
Mission Statement
The Omicron Delta Sigma Service Foundation, Inc. is a fraternal affiliated 501(c)(3) organization created and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Our principal activities and purpose are to award scholarship grants to worthy students for the pursuit of higher education; to conduct community educational programs which will aid in the education and vocational improvements of the communities we serve, and to engage in activities which will aid in the educational development of Southern Maryland youth.
The Omicron Delta Sigma Service Foundation, Inc is a non-profit organization in joint partnership with the Omicron Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
To support our programs we host an Annual Scholarship Crab Feast and Seafood Feast. The proceeds and contributions go fund to the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, March of Dimes and a variety of scholarships given to deserving students throughout our area.
Our foundation will continue to sponsor a variety of events throughout the Southern Maryland Area related to the areas of Business, Education, and Social Action. No member of our board is compensated and one hundred percent (100%) of our time is used to plan and administer the various programs that we currently sponsor in the community of Southern Maryland.
